How long will I be without my vehicle?

The condition of your vehicle will determine the length of time it takes to complete the repairs. Once an estimate is given, the duration of the job can be established.

What information is required to book an appointment?

If you are going through insurance, please provide all pertinent information regarding your claim, such as insurance company, claim or policy number, and adjuster’s name. By providing this information when booking an estimate appointment, you allow us to be able to process your claim more quickly.

I have a deductible on my insurance. Do I pay that to my insurance company, or to the repair shop?

The deductible is paid to Mann-Northway Chevrolet GMC Buick Collision Centre.

Do I need a damage certificate?

Yes. If damages exceed $2000, a damage sticker or a police case number is required before repairs can be started.

Do repairs to my vehicle affect my warranty?

No. We stand behind all our repairs. Should any problem arise that is within warranty guidelines, you will be protected.

We can assist in coordinating a loaner vehicle while yours is being repaired. If you require a replacement vehicle, please let us know. Provision of no-charge loaner vehicles will be dependent on coverage and availability.

Can I wash my car after I pick it up?

In the first 30 days after your vehicle is returned to its pre-accident condition, we suggest that washing your vehicle by hand with cool water, a mild cleaner and a soft cloth or sponge. Commercial car washes or dry wiping your vehicle within the first 30 days can damage new paint. To minimize the need to wash your vehicle in the first 30 days after repair, avoid parking under trees and utility lines, spilling any fluids on the exterior of your vehicle, and scraping ice/snow from newly-painted surfaces.

Do i have to pay a deductible?

Whether you have to pay a deductible or not, and the amount of the deductible to be paid is determined by your insurance policy and the details of the accident or incident in question. You should speak to your insurance company for details on your deductible.

What if my vehicle is leased?

If it is, ensuring collision repairs are made to return your vehicle to factory standards is crucial, not just from a performance and safety standpoint, but it will protect you when your lease expires.
